Very friendly hosts, nice big family room with patio doors and access to the garden. Good breakfast and very handy location. Really impressed with it and would consider it again.

The breakfast staff were downright pleasant, bless their hearts! The location made it easy for us to hop on the bus to see all the best spots. However, I reckon the towels could've been a lil’ fresher and the wifi was a bit spotty at times. The garden was nice to sit in after a long day.

The check-in process required phone coordination, which made arrival a bit awkward but was manageable. The room had comfortable beds, though the outdated decor and water pressure in the bathroom were less than ideal. Breakfast options were limited, lacking a full English but the coffee was excellent. Convenient location with plenty of parking was a plus, making it suitable for those traveling with family.

Great time with friends! The breakfast was fantastic, and the dining area was lovely. We enjoyed visiting an art museum and the botanical garden. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was super friendly, and buses to the city center were quick and inexpensive. Definitely a solid choice for groups.

The old pipework in the building was noisy, especially when others used their bathrooms at night, which disturbed our sleep a bit.

the shower had really low water pressure (frustrating). the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room size was perfect for one person. location was good for visiting friends nearby.

The location was perfect for accessing bus routes into town, making exploration easy! The lovely garden view added a serene touch to my stay.
